Pressure
vessel re-certification, inspection and design
|
|
| Euro-Technology
is involved in the Pressure Vessel industry, which requires very
strict adherence to safety and industrial codes. Our engineering
expertise along with highly advanced simulation and draughting
tools allow us to deliver the best services in the design of a
new vessel, the inspection thereof by government inspection authorities,
as well as recertification of vessels that are in question.
Our
pressure vessel capability consists of the following services:
- |

| Design
of New Vessels -The
pressure vessels are designed to exacting standards and therefore
comply fully with ASME VIII Division 1 for Boilers & Pressure
Vessels. Advanced Finite Element Analysis & specific design
software is used to assist the Engineers in the design of the
vessel. Complete general arrangement as well as fully detailed
fabrication drawings are supplied with each vessel.

| Inspection
of Vessels
-The inspection of pressure vessels is carried out as required
by law outlined by the government. Vessels are inspected at
regular intervals using advanced Non-destructive testing methods
to determine minimum wall thicknesses as well as weld quality.
Vessels that do not have the stamp of approval from ASME, are
tested and recertified if necessary.

| Recertification
of Vessels -Pressure
vessels that are inspected and found to not have an ASME name
plate, need to be recertified and either down rated depending
on the wear and their service in the specific applications.
The inspection authorities are then able to give their stamp
of approval as well as the correct ASME rating for the vessel.
