Euro-Technology offers a full range of Structural maintenance survey / inspection services.

Many structures within industry particularly mines, petro-chem, sugar & paper mills, marine etc are exposed to severe environmental conditions on a daily basis. This takes its toll after several years, leaving members weakened and vulnerable to catastrophic failure.

Changes to the original structural configuration also plays a major role in the longevity of a building. In our experience we have found many structures that have had critical members removed by non-qualified personnel.

When corrosion is combined with unauthorised structural changes, the original design is no longer followed and it only takes a small abnormal load to generate a structural collapse.

At Euro-Technology we specialise in evaluating the structural integrity of industrial buildings and plant based on the above factors and project managing remedial work based on the survey's findings. Our range of services include:-

SCORE Software

Euro-Technology has developed a visual database specifically designed to monitor and manage all aspects structural maintenance – Safety, maintenance and Asset Management.

The programme uses CAD and a powerful database to generate visual overviews of each structure. The structure is initially drawn in CAD (as colour coded stick diagrams) which are then updated after each inspection. SCORE then generates all the reports, including bill of materials, paint areas, structural members by condition, action planner etc.

This can all be accessed via your LAN or the Internet.
